PLAY OF THE WEEK

FC Barcelona are going back of something of a semblance of their dangerous selves. This week they came from a 2-0 first leg deficit at Sevilla to win the Copa Del Rey tie 3-2 thanks to goals from Braithwaite, Dembele and Pique. It is the former Spanish International Pique’s goal that grabs the gong for the play of the week. Believe me when I say it was the last kick or should i say header of the match. Injury time, down 2-1 on aggregate, Antoine sent in the cross of the season which found Pique in a crowded Sevilla box. Gerard had an awful lot to do from there as he had Kounde(Sevilla) to contend with. He calmly nodded the ball into the net to spark wild celebrations(I mean as wild as Diego Maradona VS Greece 1994 Wild, not implying anything here guys)This I genuinely believe is the turning point of the season for FC Barcelona. Things are definitely looking up, they are now only three points behind Atletico De Madrid who are in first spot and they are through to the Copa Del Rey final.
