The dream ended for Cleveland in dramatic fashion on Sunday. We all live by the same rules. If they are correctly interpreted one should not complain but to look at it as a learning curve.Browns did not get a break from the rules in this match. Just before half time with the Chiefs leading 16-3, Mayfield found Rashard Miggins for the Browns on the right flank. A tackle from Chiefs’ Sorensen saw the ball break loose into the end zone to go out of bounds. Now this was the crucial tackle that ultimately decided the course of the game.
The low scoring game had only 4 TDs between the sides, Mahomes and Kelce for the defending Super Bowl champs the Chiefs and Kareem Hunt and Landry for the Browns. The Chiefs went into the break 19-3 and that proved an insurmountable lead.Despite the best efforts in the last quarter from the Browns notably from Baker Mayfield, they could not claw their way back. Chiefs now play Buffalo for a place in the Super Bowl next Sunday night.
