In my Serie A review for this Monday I have decided to focus on this match that was played yesterday at the Giuseppe Meazza on Sunday afternoon. The Nerazzurri didn’t have it all their way against Turin’s “other” team Torino. but there are a lot of controversies that occurred in this match that I would like to highlight.
Torino took the lead on the stroke of half time after neat one-twos on the edge of the balls freed up ex Valencia man Zaza for the opener. Both sides were missing some key players, Inter the likes of Lautaro and Perisic who were rested after a long international week. Torino were missing their main man Bellotti . After the break Inter went further behind after a penalty was awarded on pitch side review after a foul by Inter full back Ashley Young on Singo. Young kicked Singo in the mid rift when the ball had long gone. This is where I have an issue with the ref. Ashley young was looking at the ball all the way and the Torino man just put his body in there. This was an extremely harsh decision in my opinion The ref clearly fooled by the despairing dive.Ansilda made no mistake from the spot.2-0 Torino
