David Alaba is rumored to have refused the latest contract that Bayern Munich have offered him. The issue is more or less about Alaba’s wage demands. Alaba’s agent and dad had demanded a substantial wage rise from the player’s EUR11 million a year deal. The Bavarian club were only willing to add about EUR6 million in bonuses. He also feels for all the loyalty he has given Bayern they have shown lack of appreciation especially with him playing out of position constantly. He has left the left back position to the emerging Alphonso Davies and now he is filling in for the absent Sule at centre back. This will alert a number of clubs in Europe such as Real Madrid, Chelsea and Barcelona who could use a left back right now.
Niklas Sule of Bayern Munich tested positive for coronavirus last week but is said to have tested positive test in the same week sparking rumors of a false negative test. Experts say it is possible to have a false positive test as the virus is still novel and experts are still learning about the effects of it.
